The Tecnai G12 Spirit TWIN transmission electron microscope (TEM) is a 120 kV TEM primarily used for biological sections, nanoparticles and negative stained samples. It has cryo-capabilities with the FEI Low Dose module as well as the electron tomography module. It has a Parfocal Magnification Series and TEM Scripting.
