** MAIN FEATURES **
The microscope is equipped with a Gatan system that enables tomographic data acquisition in TEM, EFTEM, and STEM modes. Additionally, the specimen holder dedicated to tomography is a cryogenic holder, allowing these analyses to be performed at low temperatures (from -170°C to room temperature). In addition to the TEM acquisition mode, it also have a low-dose mode for samples that degrade quickly under the electron beam.
